So what can we tell you about Donald? Well as the saying goes, let’s start at the very beginning because it’s a very good place to start.

Donald was born in Georgetown, Guyana, South America on the family sofa. His mother, Pamela Meryl Kingston, refused to go to the hospital. She’d already had two children and decided that a doctor was unnecessary. Given how Donald has turned out, we think she regrets making that decision.

The only boy of four siblings, Donald was drawn to the stage at a very early age. At six years old, Donald was invited to perform with a few other hand-picked students, for Linden Forbes Sampson Burnham, Prime Minster of Guyana. His performance was a rousing success. Which according to him led to his being recruited to perform for the President of The United States – or at least that’s how the story goes when he tells it.

According to his mom, his dad, Donald Kingston Sr., received a once in a lifetime opportunity to immigrate to the United States. So at a very young age, Donald and his family migrated to the United States. He discovered that he was still drawn to the stage and his need to perform. Under the mentorship of his elementary school music teacher, Gwendolyn McCloud, one of the people he most admires, Donald became a star. His childhood performances included the role of Nathan Detroit in Frank Loesser’s “Guys and Dolls” and Cornelius Hackle in Herman/Stewart’s “Hello, Dolly!” In addition to singing and dancing on stage, Donald is also a classically trained ballet dancer and violinist. Both of which he excelled beyond expectation. However, life has its twists and turns and under the influence of his father, the arts were not to be.

Donald stumbled from one thing to another, trying to satisfy his father’s definition of "success". Though excelling at his every attempt, Donald felt very unfulfilled. After much debate, Donald finally decided to follow his bliss and aroused what he’s always known but kept dormant, that he was made for the stage. So, with a new drive for life and the support of his friends and family, Donald is returning to the life he came to this world to live.

Keep an eye and ear open, for there are very great and wonderful things in store for this very high energy, charismatic, lover of life performer.
